With 15 years combined experience as a programs manager, consultant and researcher, he specializes in water, climate change, livelihoods and Central Asia, having published with Earthscan/Routledge, MIT Press and Mountain Research and Development Journal. Dominic is Senior Project Manager at the Collective Leadership Institute, focusing on integrated capacity development and natural resources.
