DCM Phase 2

Overview

Following the Dialogic Change Model , this tool is intended to help you assess the progress of your Stakeholder Dialogue with respect to the principles of phase 2.
Why use this tool?
This tool is designed to guide a joint reflection on the progress of your Stakeholder Dialogue. It can be used to determine if the most important aspects of Phase 2 have been considered and brought forward sufficiently. The tool will then give recommendations on what needs to be done in order to create the conditions for your Stakeholder Dialogue to step into the next phase of engagement.
When to use this tool?
Use this tool when you are currently working towards consolidating the engagement structures of your process into formal agreements and project plans. Typically in this phase a good container has been built already and informal stakeholder meetings are taking place.
